Transactional funding referrals
I have a deal which will net somewhere in the range of $10k. It's a wholesale deal but after getting to know the seller a bit I believe a double close would be my best bet. I'd rather him not see the spread.
I've never done a double close. Simply assignments.
Would anyone care to share a referral for someone willing to provide transactional funding? I'm aware it's common for short sales/REO deals. I would imagine if they could make similar spread on a wholesale deal, they would consider. Also, for those that have exp with this, what type of qualifications will I need to have? Other than burr and seller side purchase agreements and a/assignments
