I've been researching how hard money works and i'm wondering if there are down payments? is it usually 10% or will some lenders carry the whole loan and you just make the monthly payments until the house is finally sold? i'm a new investor finishing up a live in flip and would like to start another flip. #no and low money down.

@Spencer Carr, greetings from down I-13.  Since you are a new investor, I would be prepared to put down 20%. Depending on the rehab:purchase price, that could increase, but no-money down doesn't really exist as much as many on BP would like it to.
