Private Money Lenders?

Have been doing fix and flip for about 4 years now. Have a well established track record and can provide previous lender refrences. My wife/Partner is also a Florida Real estate Broker.  We have access to all the hard money we could ever want but they have lots of junk fees, upfront costs and montly payments that drain your cashflow. We are really looking for direct private sources to back end everything and build a good relationship with. I keep bumping into scammers that ask for bank account infor etc. Any suggestions on finding? Please have a look at my profile/deal sheet before answering.
