Looking for hard money lenders

I am looking for a hard money lender to help finance full construction costs for up to 80% of the final appraised value for a 20 unit mobile home park. The total estimated cost is $800,000. I am looking to do this in 2 phases. After completion of each phase, I will refinance through a local bank.
