I'm looking for advice on the creation of a lease agreement. Can I simply have a lawyer create one? Do I need to do any research? Are there any amendments you recommend?

Thank you for any help!

Just a quick post! I'm looking for contacts I can speak with and learn from in Omaha, Nebraska. I plan on moving there after school for a career in finance.

I am looking for clarification on things I've heard regarding the amount of properties one person can hold under loan from a traditional loaning agency at a time ( around 5?) Does this rule have a name? Or is this an approximation extracted from debt to income ratio? Does a vehicle loan as an example lower the max amount?

I have VA loans available to me, but I also have a great credit score, zero debt, and hopefully a great paying job after college. Any advice on my first purchase? PS, I plan on being a owner occupant in a small multifamily.

I realize not all workers per occupation are going to be the same. However, is there an occupation from a rental application you get exited about or a favorite while in the screening process?
Hello everyone! I am a current student studying finance at the university of Iowa. After graduating I want to purchase a 4plex immediately. With the many financing options, I'm looking for advice on what may be the best. I have a 747 credit score so traditional loan is an option, i am also a military vet so I have the VA option (available for an investment property because I would live in one unit), and I'm sure many other ideas that I don't know of. Thank you for any help!
