Need Help - Hard Money Lender - Indianapolis
Hey BP World!
I'm starting to BRRRR duplex, triplex and quadplexes here in the Indianapolis area. I'm looking for a hard money lender in the area and could use a a few recommendations!
I have an investor from out of state that's willing to offer 10% interest only for up to 12 months with a 2% origination fee and a minimum note of $50k, but I would prefer to utilize a hard money lender here in the Indianapolis area. I'd love to build a great relationship with my lender and share beers every once in a while. This is much easier to do when we live in the same city!
Does anyone out there have a hard money lender in the Indy area that they've worked with before and would recommend? I'd like to have similar terms as my other option and will be looking at deals in the $100k - $200k area.
Thanks so much!
Conner

those are very good rates.. not going to really get any better from a HML er. unless you have a ton of experience behind you.
then you can check with lendinghome check out their matrix.. for experience and pricing.
