Be Brick and Mortar, Broker of Record for a Private Money Lender

Hi I want to become the Brick and Mortar for a Private Money Lending Company. They lend from a High Equity Fund from Private Investors. This way they can lend here in Nevada using my business to faciletate the loan. Since I am already a Residen in Las Vegas since 1999 I am a stable resident here. Is a Mortgae Broker License enough to do this? Or do I need more is there anyone here know what I need to do do do what I am trying to do?  This is how I advertise for brokering Loand for other states. I want to be able to lend in my home state.   I took out my ad my bad.                                                                                                                                                           Thank You Sidney Foster
