I was wondering if any wholesalers out there use a Wholesale Trust to do their transactions? Instead of a Land Trust?

Seems that my business partner rented from the mamgment company from hell. Why do property mangment companies have all the rights in this city Las Vegas. the place wasn't clean fridge didn't work toilets didn't work and the othwer people left the garage full of junk. she had to clean remove and is being charged to do her own cleaning, remove the junk fix the toilets then the washer went out  this all in the first 2 weeks. They kept $2,000 deposit charged for repairs for everything under $100 so nothing was over $100 that way tenant pays for evertything under $100 Then gets a 5 days to move taken to court and the lanlord refused to take her rent and said she didn't want to pay rent so she put the rent in escrow so to show she had rent, the list goes on and on and then she talked to the handy man about the toilets, land lady said what was that about said toilets , next day fired. said he was afrai to go to court with her because she knows bikers. But he said she tried to get him to do things for her.

Hi I want to become the Brick and Mortar for a Private Money Lending Company. They lend from a High Equity Fund from Private Investors. This way they can lend here in Nevada using my business to faciletate the loan. Since I am already a Residen in Las Vegas since 1999 I am a stable resident here. Is a Mortgae Broker License enough to do this? Or do I need more is there anyone here know what I need to do do do what I am trying to do?  This is how I advertise for brokering Loand for other states. I want to be able to lend in my home state.   I took out my ad my bad.                                                                                                                                                           Thank You Sidney Foster
