My partner, Bill Kenny and I, are looking to expand our network. We have scaled our wholesale, rehab and rental business up and currently find ourselves needing to grow our investor network. @Timothy Doenges just please keep the OOS investors out of the Huntington-Charleston area. I don't want any more competition lol. 

That Fairmont area is definitely growing fast. Northern panhandle is also good with the current gas boom and the cracker plant that is coming.
