We are 2 days away from closing and our private lender puts in to the promissory note that we have to get rid 2 of our 3 dogs by jan 2011. I already put 1000 in earnest monies and I can't not get rid of them. They are a friends that is in a nursing home because of a bad motorcycle accident. He has months of rehab to walk again. I don't want to walk away and lose 1000 but don't want to get rid of the dogs.
