Thank you! He says that is causes damage to the house but so do kids. It is a no down payment deal. The house is banked owned. We have know the lender and did work for him for the last 8-9 months now. He knew about the dogs and never said anything to us until now.

We are 2 days away from closing and our private lender puts in to the promissory note that we have to get rid 2 of our 3 dogs by jan 2011. I already put 1000 in earnest monies and I can't not get rid of them. They are a friends that is in a nursing home because of a bad motorcycle accident. He has months of rehab to walk again. I don't want to walk away and lose 1000 but don't want to get rid of the dogs.
