Mortgage options for self employed less than 2 years
Good morning BP,
I won’t go into too much detail, but basically I’ve only been technically self employed for the last year and a half. And as you can guess most mortgage lenders that I have talked to say they can’t do anything until I’ve been self employed for 2 years.
So I figured this would be the best place to ask: is there any private lenders out there that would consider lending to me?
And if so what are the pros/cons to it?
Im just tired of paying ridiculous rent.
Thanks in advance!
