Short Term Hard Money Loan

Found a deal that I am interested in pursuing and requires all cash.  Looking for a short term hard money loan to secure the deal.  Will immediately secure long term financing. Property deal 6 family $429k in Chicago will put up $200k then will secure permanent financing during the process.  Holding period is expected to be 4 months or less.
