Don’t know where to start with hard money lenders
Where do I need to start when trying to obtain a hard money loan? Do I look for lenders first then look for property I want to invest in or vise versa

I would contact a few first just to start a relationship and let them know what you are interested in. You cant formally apply for the loan until you're under contract but it will be helpful to start ahead of time
