Having trouble with buying of market wholesale property

Hey guys, I’m trying to buy an off market property through a wholesaler via a bank for mortgage. The bank doesn’t recognize the contract because it has the wholesaler in it. Can someone please help me figure out a way around this? The wholesaler won’t give me the property unless they are on the more contract because they want to get paid
