Commercial lender / Advice on BRRRR strategy

Does anyone have a commercial lender they can recommend that would lend in Missouri (if allowed to mention)? I know some lend nationally. We are running into seasoning issues with our portfolio lenders. We are trying to incorporate the BRRRR strategy. My partner and I are looking to ramp up the number of doors we own. Or if anyone can share their successes and tips on BRRRR. Thanks!
