GM BP, need a little assistance from a few seasoned professionals:

I have 96 unit apartment that I am working on with commercial lender, my problem is I need to raise the remaining of the funds to make the deal work, I need a suggestion on structuring a deal with private investors to make the deal work.   I can share all numbers with anyone that may be interested.
