Referral - Private Money Lender for notes
Our company buys non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate.
Currently our investments are 100% equity and we are looking for alternative financing for our investments. Perhaps private money or hard money lenders.
Any recommendations or people that I should speak to regarding this?
The loan would be secured by the mortgage/deed of trust, which in turn is secured by the underlying real estate plus a personal guaranty.
Thanks in advance for any referral, help and tips.

hypothecate to commercial bank.. I did this a bunch when I was active in land and timber.. works like a charm.
