Have you run into this scenario were Fannie and Freddie have denied a mortgage because the foreclosure took forever to change hands after a bankruptcy? You should be able to go off of your Bankruptcy date but the credit bureau’s are not coding the foreclosures as included in the bankruptcy. Fannie has a fix for this circumstance and Freddie is working on it now. Has anyone had to deny I file because the foreclosure date is different that the bankruptcy date?
