Pulling Out of My 401K for Real Estate

Call me crazy, but I think it's worth it. I drained my seed capital and found myself draining my 401K to finish out my last unit. It seems cheaper than some of the crazy fees I'd pay on hard money. Are there other options? Looking for cheap debt options out there.

You are not crazy. I have done it, and I will do it again and again. I see real estate as a much better path to wealth than my retirement account. Unfortunately I didn't figure that out until after I had a huge chunk of money that was basically stuck in there for 20+ years.

Keeping that in mind, I have taken a loan against my retirement account in order to buy real estate. My plan now is to do it again for my next purchase.
