Anyone use M & T Bank before?

I had a meeting with M & T bank today and they have some attractive mort. options (most importantly, no escrow). However, upon Googling them, their reviews are not the best.  Granted, those are for home owners, not investors.  However, I'd like to get the folks who've use or are using them at BP to chime in on them.

How are they?
