Private Money Terms Sample

I'm looking for a template or sample of a private money loan agreement. I have already discussed the rate and the time frame...I was just wanting something official and professional to start with before I draw it up.

Anyone have a suggestion, a sample, or a place to look?

Thanks in advance.

A couple way to find them:

1. Buy one from your lawyer. They usually have them available.

2. Google promissory note and find them on the internet.

3. Search county records for a one that has been filed.

I would go with number 1. My lawyer sells a "do it yourself" one for $47. Its geared for Arizona, but you can check it out at:
