Need Advice on Loans

Hello, Everyone, I'm new to bigger pockets. I'm into real estate investing and I want to make a go of it but I have a problem maybe you all might want to help me with. I got curious about real estate investing because of a bad choice in buying a home (for myself) I bought back in 2012. Poor planning was the problem. So here is my current problem: I need to completely remodel my house from top to bottom and I need to get it financed. I am not sure how to accomplish that. My credit is good (over 700 and rising) and I only owe $130,000 on what would (after renovation) be worth close to $300,000 or possibly a bit more. I am a part time real estate agent an have access to the MLS. I know an appraisal of the current value would not help me get any money. I am thinking maybe a construction loan. To make matters worse, I ripped out the old kitchen including the sink and stove so that makes it not technically a home I am told. The house is in central NJ by the way. I just need to make a plan and get it fixed up FAST. Any advice is greatly appreciated. As soon as I get my home squared away I am moving on to becoming a real estate investor.
