Monthly payments on hard money loan?

Hi guys,

I have a BRRR follow up question.

If you utilize a HML for a 12ish month loan- do they normally expect monthly payments or is it paid at the end of the 12 months rolled into the principle payback?

If monthly, how do you structure this into your BRRR calculation?

My Last HML with LendingOne was 12 months interest only payments per month. Count it as a holding cost.
