Loan Pre seeds TopUp
Hi Team,
I wonder if anyone could shed some light on the term "Loan Pre seeds."
I believe, if I got it right, one can "top up" existing borrowing once a property increased in value...
But not carrying full refinance.
It was mentioned here at the Old Capital

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
