Hi Team, I wonder if anyone could shed some light on the term "Loan Pre seeds." I believe, if I got it right, one can "top up" existing borrowing once a property increased in value... But not carrying full refinance. It was mentioned here at the Old Capital Podcast https://itunes.apple.com/nz/podcast/old-capital-real-estate-investing-podcast-michael-becker/id928725394?mt=2&i=1000336769407 Any feedback would be much appreciated.
