Whats your BEST advice for an extra $6k a month

Through God's blessings my wife and I are able to make an extra $6000/month after all of our life expenses are paid. Is there a part of real estate that my wife and I can put our extra income into monthly, maybe possibly lending monthly or should we just put it into savings until we reach a certain number before doing private lending? Or save up to FLIP a house? Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@Agustin Figer

Well, you could do any one of those things and do well if you know what you are doing!

The first rule of investing in my book is "Be a good investor" I have prolly said this a dozen times over the years on this site, it not weather realestate is a good investment, but weather you are a good realestate investor.

1. Study hard, get books from the library and read them all.

2. Listen to every BP podcast

3. Read forums and respond (this will help you internalize what you are learning)

We have flipped, buyand holds, land development, but If I were going to encourage you on a path of wealth it would be to set down the road of the BRRRR strategy. We were doing this before it became known as that here on BP. And it has been the most effective wealth building tool of any path in my opinion.
