Is this typical for financing in Texas?
Hi. Just got my first deal under contract and will be closing shortly. Buying deal all cash with delayed financing. Conventional loan is about 105k based on 70% of the ARV, with 4.85% on a 30 year note. Question I have is, the closing cost for this seem quite high (nearly 5k). Is this pretty typical? Thanks
