BRRRR Strategy Question: Refinancing!!!

Hello everyone! I'm studying the BRRRR strategy and hope to purchase my first rental property later this year.

When working with Banks/Credit Unions using this strategy, should the bank I use to refinance be the same bank I make the initial purchase with? Or should they be different?

Thanks in advance!!!

Just make sure you are pre-qualified with the bank(s) that you plan to refi with.  You don't want to get into hard money or the like and get stuck because you cannot refinance out.
