Hello everyone.
I am really wanted to expand my real estate business this year, and to do ao I will need a little help from all of you.
I am in the market for Hard or Private money to help fund a flip or a "BRRR" house. I have great credit ( 780 ) and a good steady day job. I do have some experience with houses I have done the "BRRR" strategie for 3 rentals. And I also rehabed the house we are living in now for a "long term flip" and we have about 55K in equity as of today.
And info on where I can find the money from a good safe sorce would be much appreciated. Thank you
JAODN
