Financing Commercial Property

Hello,

I'm looking to broker my buyer's loans to purchase apartment buildings.  I've done some brokering in the past.  But I have clients who claim they have this and that and I need to pre qualify them.  I'm an investment Realtor.  So they have me looking for a bunch of properties, but I feel like I need to pre qualify them first to get the hard part out of the way, because we can find deals all day long.  Does anyone know of any lenders who will allow me to sign up as a broker in order to provide financing for my clients who need to purchase large apartment buildings?
