that should get you started... they will all have their criteria... and minimum loan sizes etc.. minimum fico's want their own appraisals... and if by chance its in a rougher area of Cleveland than the appraisal could be an issue.
hope this helps... be very aware of offers of loans from those on BP that want up front money those are almost always scams and thieves.
