I am looking to finance my second property and looking to put a down payment of less than 20%. Anyone know of any good banks in southern Maine that lend with less than 20% down? Thanks!

Good to know. My day job debt to income was obviously enough for my first owner occupied place. If you factor in my rental income I should qualify for a second loan, but if not no way. I will just have to shop around and find a good REI lender
