Have a mechanic friend who is looking to buy a shop. He has been in business for 20 years but has only been on paper for 3 years. He has a credit score of 640 and is up to date on all credit payments. My question is who is the friendliest commercial lender in Indy? He is hesitant as he doesn't want needless credit inquiries if he is only going to be denied. He has spent lots of many and time repairing his credit and is very important to him.
