Looking for some Private money / hard money lenders

hi,

I am looking to get in touch with some private money lenders / hard money lenders.

I am looking to purchase an investment property in an online auction. the auction needs cash only closing within 30 days. I can put in 20-30% down but need the rest for closing the deal. 

any private money lenders on  BP.

Note: The property is in Jersey.

I would go to your reia meetings and met people in person.. looking for private money on line will lead to a lot of scammers hitting you up and waiting a bunch of your time and trying to get you for small dollars only to go dark on you.

Also talk to some HML in your direct area.. there are tons in NJ just google them.
