Information packet for mortgage lender
I am looking for an article I read on BP years ago that didn't apply to me at the time but now it does. The article was about creating a packet of info to forward to the mortgage lender that contained all the info needed at the start of the process as well as a "start here file" really let the lender know my goals and plans as well as what my current holdings were with lease agreements and everything in that one place.
I am about to start looking for my first multi family and want to really knock the socks off the mortgage lender helping ensure my success in getting the funding nailed down. If any one knows where I can find this please let me know.

@Robert Williams While I do agree that an organized and professional looking packet presented to the potential lender might get you some point on your professionalism, the contents is the most important.
You or someone on your team having the following:
1. Experience working with a asset near this size and type.
2. Net worth equal to the loan amount(can be cumulative)
3. Liquidity equal to 6-12 months of debt service.
Then there is the property to be qualified and fit into their lending niche.
I always use mortgage brokers. It is their job to figure out what lender is the best fit for this deal and to package you and the property in the best light, to get the deal done. They don't get paid if you do not close.
