Does anyone have a contact for a longer term private money lender one that will do 5-10 years Principal and interest loans?

I am in the process of getting a bunch of low price point homes that are either currently cashflowing or will be once I get a tenant in there.

I have used Marshall Reddick Real Estate. They are also based in California, but lend across the country.
