Any Hawaii Lender Recommendations for Financing Deals?

Aloha everyone!  For those investors doing deals in Hawaii ... are there any recommended sources for Lenders you've used to finance your deals?  I have bad credit, very little cash reserves, and am recovering from a year long health condition (I've recovered).  I do not have a "favorable" profile for traditional loans.  I will be using other Financing means.

I am currently analyzing deals.  Any great Lending sources you recommend?
