Seller is Secr.of Veteran Affairs. Will not pay for closing.
Hello everyone.
I came across a property that is being sold by the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. In the listing it says that they will not pay for any sellers closing costs.
Which costs should i consider and how much could that possibly be?
The property is listed for 190k
Thanks in advance for the feedback, much appreciated.
