Hi, I'm Souh African, living in Cape Town, I am really eager to start my first flip investment, but I'm struggling locating a trustworthy HML..

Are there any South Africans who have any experience in using Hard Money Lenders? If so could you please refer me to them.

If not local lenders, then have any people outside the US ever used any international Hard Money Lenders? Please only refer me if you have experience in using them in the past as I have major trust issues at the moment with finding a trustworthy lender. Thanks
