Appraisal Dispute Advise
I have been working with Wells Fargo to set up a HELOC on my rental property in CA. The appraised value comes 15% under from what Zillow, Trulia and Redfin say. The 3 websites estimates are very comparable. I have requested a copy of the appraisal report. Any suggestion how I could dispute the appraised value and is it worth a try?
