Hello everyone, I am interested in getting my home mortgage lending originator license. I am 33, I have never been to college. I've been in sales all my life. I'm the only income for me & my family and I'm making about $40k a year. Any tips on how I can transition from my current job to becoming a home mortgage loan originator without taking a paycut? Where do I start? I can't take a paycut I have to at least match my income. Thank you.
