Hi Amanda, I'm a Realtor and I am trying to get the same info for my client. I came across your post while trying to get info on the same question. Did you have any luck getting in contact with the bank or do you have any tips you can share? Thank you!

Thank you so much for replying. I'm considering starting for BofA as a Mortgage Loan Associate( assistant to MLO) I think it will allow me to watch and learn and get my foot in the door to become a MLO. It also allows for BofA to sponsor me to get my license when I'm ready. I've heard you can get fired for not bringing in the #'s that's what I'm hesitate about. I'm the only one working. It's a big risk.

You should read: Stop Acting Rich And Start Living Like A Real Millionaire by Thomas J. Stanley. It answers the question about including your property and others 'assets' as part of your net worth. It also answers and dissects the mind of your average millionaire. Real interesting. I believe the author died last year in a car accident or something. Good read!😄
Hello everyone, I am interested in getting my home mortgage lending originator license. I am 33, I have never been to college. I've been in sales all my life. I'm the only income for me & my family and I'm making about $40k a year. Any tips on how I can transition from my current job to becoming a home mortgage loan originator without taking a paycut? Where do I start? I can't take a paycut I have to at least match my income. Thank you.
