Hi there BP, looking to get into a quad with little out of pocket in way of the down payment. I don't feel comfortable pursuing the fha live in one and rent the others as that will not be the case for me. I am looking for suggestions as to other means of bank financing, preferably 30yr fixed options. Seller finance is not in the works on this deal and I am trying to avoid another commercial loan with the 5 yr ballon. Obviously, I dont wnat to put the 25% down either. Any one have experience with B2r or Lima one capital and could share their story would be appreciated.

Thanks
