FHA Eligible if Relocated

Hello everyone, I was relocated for my job to the Cleveland, OH area about 6 months ago for my job. When I moved here, I closed on an SFR on a 30 yr fixed conventional mortgage which I have been living in. Now I am facing another potential move to the Columbus, OH area(about 2 hours away). If I do make the move, I would like to house hack with an owner occupied small multi. Would I be eligible to qualify for an FHA loan, or would I need to save up for another conventional down payment if I would like to keep my SFR as a rental?
