Financing rental SFH in bulk

I have three properties (Paid in full, free and clear). By August this year, all of them will be past rehab and rented. IBy then, I'll be looking to refi all of them a 40%-t 50% LTV. I wonder if any one knows a lender (bank of private) that can bulk-finance them. I.e. finance all of them as a package.
I think the total appraised value for all properties combined, will be around $120K-140K and the total gross rental income will $1,885
