Hi All,

I have been Private Mortgage lending in CT for a handful of years now using my own capital. I am considering partnering with A client who I have developed a relationship with.

I am Seeking help with the following:

Pointing me to discussions and Podcasts that deal with Rehabber/Investor Partnering

Members feedback and Personal Experiences

Potentially, entering A Compensated Coaching/Consulting Agreement with an investor who has successful experience in this area.

Thanks!

Mark
