Is the below pretty much standard?

30 year term

7-8.5% fixed

Minimum DSCR of 1.30 per property

Max LTV of 75% (plan for 3% closing costs)

4 points origination

Minimum property value of $60k

Must show at least 6 months of interest reserves in bank account
