Hello BiggerPockets Investors,

I am reaching out via this forum post because at this time I am looking to ask everyone to tap into their networks for anyone that might interested in funding the repairs for one of the deals I have recently purchased. The address is 12116 Cedarvale St. Norwalk, CA 90650. Listed below are the purchase details and project details. I can email contractors bid, SOW, pictures and the proposed floor plans upon request.
The house already has a 1st position lien of $222K for the purchase price since I was able to secure 100% financing. If I could get the full $120k at 8-9% to fund the entire renovation that would be ideal but anything upwards of $60k for (4-6 months) would also help out for the time being to get the work started and give me time to sell my other two properties. One is currently on the market in Long Beach, CA and the other one is in progress in Norwalk, CA. I am not necessarily looking to joint venture at this time but will consider all options. Please take a look and let me know your thoughts as time allows.

Purchase Details: Project Details:
Purchased at $222K Existing: 539 sqft
Repairs $120K Adding Living Space: 800 sqft
ARV $460K Adding Garage: 400 sqft

Looking forward to working together,
