Did you ever find any answers? I found www.reivault.com but I would be interested in knowing/researching if they have any competitors who do the same thing.

Post: How to Find the Current Note Owner?

I am trying to find the current note holder of an abandoned property in an effort to see who is keeping the mortgage current but not maintaining the property. Is there anyway to find this information out? The tax assessors have the mailing address listed as the property in question and the taxes are also current. One of the joint tenants is deceased and the other is the child of the deceased who I am having trouble locating. Skip tracing provides nothing, neighbors say they know nothing, even the private investigator is having trouble locating information on them. Running out of ideas... Possible rehab in the greater Los Angeles Area.

Hey BiggerPockets

investment partners! I have two great deals ready to go and two currently on the market for sale but here's my dilemma. The original investment partner I had backed out on me because he got promoted and is now moving to Florida. Now I need some help funding the repairs for the project here in Norwalk, CA. I already bought the house but have my repair money tied up in the two houses that are currently for sale. This would totally be a short term loan until my properties close one is already in escrow with about 20 days left. Think about it or maybe someone you know might be interested, I can pay an interest rate of anywhere between 7 to 8% APR depending on the amount invested and time frame. I am currently seeking anywhere from half the repair costs which would be $60k to the full repair cost at $120k. Call, text or message me if you have any questions or want anymore details. 626-677-0376.

Did you ever find your answer? I have the same question. Looking to find the best place to buy a divorced list for Los Angeles, CA.

Hi Jessica, not sure if I should wish you luck on your REO or not... Lol I will shoot you some of the comps I found on the MLS in the morning. Thank you for reaching out.

Hello BiggerPockets Investors,

I am reaching out via this forum post because at this time I am looking to ask everyone to tap into their networks for anyone that might interested in funding the repairs for one of the deals I have recently purchased. The address is 12116 Cedarvale St. Norwalk, CA 90650. Listed below are the purchase details and project details. I can email contractors bid, SOW, pictures and the proposed floor plans upon request.
The house already has a 1st position lien of $222K for the purchase price since I was able to secure 100% financing. If I could get the full $120k at 8-9% to fund the entire renovation that would be ideal but anything upwards of $60k for (4-6 months) would also help out for the time being to get the work started and give me time to sell my other two properties. One is currently on the market in Long Beach, CA and the other one is in progress in Norwalk, CA. I am not necessarily looking to joint venture at this time but will consider all options. Please take a look and let me know your thoughts as time allows.

Purchase Details: Project Details:
Purchased at $222K Existing: 539 sqft
Repairs $120K Adding Living Space: 800 sqft
ARV $460K Adding Garage: 400 sqft

Looking forward to working together,

Geni Peregrino
