I'm looking to get a HELOC on my coop in New York to unlock some capital to consolidate some debt and put a down payment on an investment property. Anyone have an ideas or leads?

Thank you @Moises B. yes i've talked with TD.  Looks like Citi does it too, but TD has much better terms.  I've also came across a firm called NCB (National Cooperative Bank) and they lend on coop as well, but from what i've seen TD gives better rates as well.   I'll check out Northstart.  Thank you.
